GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1: These general terms and conditions of sale constitute the regime to which the Company C2PACK SARL registered in the Trade Register of the Canton of Geneva under number IDE CHE-321 436 008 hereinafter referred to as "the seller" subordinates its sales.

2: These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of products and the provision of services concluded and/or performed by the company, in Switzerland and abroad. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and conditions and the specific conditions set out on the purchase order or any other document accepted by both parties, the specific conditions shall prevail.

3: Any order placed by the buyer is only valid after confirmation by the seller, materialized by sending the buyer an acceptance document from the seller, it being specified, however, that delivery of the order by the seller constitutes confirmation. The benefit of the order is personal to the buyer and cannot be transferred without the seller's agreement.

4: The seller reserves the right, until the order is confirmed by it, in particular taking into account market fluctuations, without notice or compensation to the buyer, to make any changes to its products, prices or conditions, both with regard to these general terms and conditions of sale and the specific conditions set for the sale transaction.
It is recalled in this regard that the information provided in the catalogues, prospectuses, notices, scales and prices, and more generally presentation and promotion documents for the seller's products or information given by the seller in any form, are given for information purposes only and do not bind the seller until the latter has accepted the order under the conditions defined above. No order accepted by the seller may be cancelled or modified in whole or in part by the buyer during execution.

5: Delivery and/or delivery times are given for information purposes only, any exceeding of these times may not give rise to damages, deductions or cancellation of the order for the buyer. It is also recalled that force majeure or fortuitous events release the seller from any commitment at its discretion - temporarily or permanently. The following are considered to be such: war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents, and the inability of the seller to obtain supplies. The seller must inform the buyer of this.

6: All products delivered to the customer in execution of the contract remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. However, the risks (loss, theft, deterioration, etc.) relating to said products are transferred to the customer upon delivery, as is the obligation to repair any damage they may cause to property and people.

7: Our goods are delivered free of charge from CHF 1,000.00 excluding VAT. Any delivery below this amount will result in the invoicing of shipping costs at actual cost.
